Do it yourself ?!!

We ,creations of God,  are not satisfied with the things that we have. We want to create our own stuff. It's a good thing because you don't spend all you time on your laptop and you can let your mind be crazy and make the super, mega and most awesome thing you probably ever created in your life. It's a craze currently: the DIY's. Drawing things or making things is not my best quality but even I like to make DIY's.  Take a look what I found on the internet and what I already made...

I found something on Youtube that i never heard about before. DIY with mod pudge. Right now, it's a hype to make things with mod pudge. I thought they only sell it in the States but lucky me, I can buy it here in the Netherlands!! Mod pudge is a type of glue that gives a special effect to your decoration. I find a DIY that is really easy to make. You only need a square of wood, a picture and mod podge. I really like the effect that the mod pudge gives to the pictures. Check it out!

Another easy thing to make is a mood board. I made it too and it was so so easy to make! A mood board is a visualization of a concept, idea, thought or feeling. To make it more personal; your concept, idea,, thought or feeling. You can put all your creativity in it. And that's what I love about it. It's easy, it's personal and you only need a few things that you can get in a lot of stores that every city probably have. You only need a board to stick all the pictures you cut out the magazines on, magazines and glue of course. If you're not good with your hand like me but you like to make things, try this out! You can't mess it up!! 
Making a virtual board is also possible. For example look at this simple collage I made (the picture below). A collage is a little bit different then a mood board but the idea is the same. Make a board with al your favorites things in it and all your creativity. Do you want to make this too? I made it with polyvore.com 

A saw another DIY on the internet and got crazy. Deaamnn I want to make that. It's a bulletin board in the shape of a country. It could be the country where you live or the country you really like. It's the intention to stick a pin at the place where you went in that country. Super idea right?!! And it looks great in your room, another plus! 

The steps:
1 Print out a map of a country that fits your bulletin board
2 Tape your map on your board
3 Cut the board along the edges of the map
4 You can stick your board on a background
5 Frame it and you are done!
